Organic Surfboards specially crafted a beautiful surf board for our first restaurant.
Manu and Vince, the founders of Organic Surfboards, are (not your average) carpenters. They became friends during their training at the Compagnons du Devoir school. From their shared passion for surfing and woodworking was born their project of “shaping” boards that would be 100% eco-responsible and “Made in Paris.” Inspired by our pokes, they decided to design a Fish Board to perfect the tropical feel of the restaurant. A masterpiece that took them over 150 hours of painstaking work to perfect the unique design.
